Mistress Enola did not appreciate how smelly this guy was and she felt that he needed to have better hygiene. So she got her feet dirty and she used them to trample as well as humiliate him for him to realize that she was not joking and that he would have a hard time if he never did his best to be clean. He changed as he knew he would get it rough.
Mistress Enola was infuriated with this loser as she realized that he was slow. She did not want to tolerate his slowness. So she told him to do something about it but he did not learn his lesson the way she wanted. And that is why she chose to crush his head in order to pump some sense into him. He got the message and he changed the way she wanted.
Mistress Enola wanted this loser to use her bare feet to torture this loser and she made it a painful affair. He had to learn to be obedient so as to avoid such painful punishments. This is because she did not even bat an eyelid as he cried out in pain. She ignored him and she went about her business and only stopped torturing him when she felt it was enough.
